I live in Idaho, I deliver the Wall Street Journal, and I have yet to see this, I don't think this Nibiru stuff is real......... There are some stars that are kind of bright, but none that look like this, I would notice this while I was out there driving around..... I think it's time to just say it's not going to happen in our lifetime. In case you want to stay ignorant and wont read their site (which is probable) I will tell you. The lens used on that observational camera is a transitional lens. It is EXTREMELY sensitive to light especially at dusk / dawn when the amount of light its iris lets in changes with the ambient light available. This causes objects such as stars and planets to appear MUCH brighter than they usually would during this period.
