I have dedicated my (short) life to studying (informally) music and music artists. I love to listen to a lot of the classics - those who helped pave the way for modern music. There are so many artists that have exist/existed that I hold on a pedestal. Each artist adds their own contribution and has a unique flair ... and yet there is something about Karin that sits a little higher, in my opinion, on the throne. Or, it's not even that. She just works in a completely different realm.

Fever Ray is a band, the singer's name is Karin Dreijer Andersson... she also is in the band The Knife and made awesome work with Royksopp, and other bands too... lol
