I thought it was gonna be a crappy knife so i bought it for a beat up blade. I just got through cutting through some old vinyl flooring and replacing some axe handles. Ive used it for everything and i can still shave with it almost. Ive never had to resharpen it. Amazing for a 20 dollar knife
