  • also have a free E8200 i tried to put at 1600 bus and it worked successfully at 3.2ghz, i have these processors in two my other computers (my own at work and in other house) so i might just swap them for the power of silence! :))

  • now q9450 at stock, ddr2-1066 hyper-x at 800 mhz, asus P5Q pro turbo and 3-year Corsair TX650 PSU, with Gainward GTX460 soon be changing to GTX560 or Rad6970 to get more silence

  • i am thinking now about changing my Q9450 at 2.66 to E6700 at 4.0 because of same problem and one of the cores heats very much according to utilities.

  • @nahmnahmnahm Don`t Get The E6700 Get The E6800 I Had Bad Experience With The E6700.

Also What Games do You Play and What Are You`re Specs?

  • Is thi CPU any good because I'm thinking of buying it?

After I fried my old CPU and Motherboard:(

  • @Apple2134Gamer Yes its a Good Budget CPU. What So You Want to Use it for?

    And What Are You`re Specs?

  • @MrRayLeroy Getting:

    8GB DDR3 1333Mhz

    GTX 550 ti 2GB EVGA

    180GB SATA HDD

    G41MT-S2PT Gigabite motherboard

    And a Intel Pentium D 3.33Ghz overclock to 3.6ghz

  • @Apple2134Gamer Yes You Should Get The E6800. Its a Nice Upgrade And You Can Overclock it easily TO AT Least 4.0GHz. If You Need Any Info or Help Let Me Know.

  • @MrRayLeroy I think think I will overclock it a lot because I fried my Intel Core 2 Duo and the Motherboard (Extra unlucky). But I have water cooling so I think I will see the tempretures I'm getting first. Also what do you think of lapping CPUs?

  • @Apple2134Gamer Don`t Lap it! It`s Not As a Big Dial People Think it is!

I Lapped My E6700. But did Not Archive More Than I Already Did.

The Max Overclock The E6800 Can Handle Safely is 4.2GHz. Anything Above That Will Not Be Stable! I Repeat Will not Be Stable! Its Not Because of The Heat its The Limit of The Die! If You Need a New Main-board i Would Not Recommend Getting The Old 775 Socket! If You Have The Money Get a New Sandy Bridge Platform.P67orZ68Chipset & An i5 2500K

  • @MrRayLeroy Thanks for the help!!! :D

  • I really like to know what is your windows 7 experience index score for your overclock

  • @HardwareProfession Afeter Overclock i Got 7.0 On The CPU,6.8 on the Graphics and 6.8 on the Ram, HDD 5.9 :-)

  • I have e6600. I was able to overclock it stable at 3.8GHz. however, yours have more headroom.

anyways, 3.8 is enough for most games. I am now playing battlefield 3 on max with no problems.

  • @HardwareProfession Great Overclock After 3.6Ghz You`r Good. Maybe all do a 2500K Overclock if People Ask for it.

  • how do i overclock a g620 ??

  • how much voltage did you use on it? was it stable for 24/7 usage?

  • @agustin98k 1.35V in The Bios And Yes it Was Stable 1000%!

  • @MrRayLeroy it's perfect for a 45nm CPU, did you try to get further? the maximum safe voltage for those CPU's are 1.4-1.45v so you could reach even more, something like 4.4ghz, this CPU has a lot of headroom while overclocking!

  • @agustin98k I Have a New PC Now! 2500K Running it at 4.0Ghz At Stock Voltage.

Maybe All Make a New Video of My Current PC.

  • @MrRayLeroy oh, what a shame! xD i have a 2500k too, but at 4.4 with 1.3v for 24/7 usage, and 4.8ghz with 1.4v for benching, best price/performance CPU by far!

  • @agustin98k Yes Great CPU, Sandy Bridge is The Bulldozer Not AMD! lol

I Had it on 4.4Ghz No Problem, 4.5Ghz No Problem, But I Don`t Need More Power.

I Play Oblivion, Fallout 3/New Vegas, and Will Get Skyrim also have an XFX 6870.

  • I Have a 2500K Now lol :-)

  • Nice overclock.

I did the same overclock with my pentium e6600 and the temps are just like yours, in Iraq at winter time. but in summer it goes a bit higher in 60s.

I used zeppelin memory to do the overclock and I only squeesed 1001Mhz out of it.

Great CPU and very stable. I can now play battlefield 3 on almost max settings.

    Thanks for your upload.

  • why did you sell the Q9400? that was a wrong decision. you can overclock that Q9400 to 3.6GHz easily with your P45 motherboard.

  • @yoronihc I`m Very Happy With My Dual Core CPU Runs at 4.16Ghz! lol

  • @MrRayLeroy haha. but the Q9400 you had was more future proof.

  • @yoronihc Maybe, But if You Think About it, its Only Socket 775 How Future Proof Can it Still Be?

  • @yoronihc Now i Have A Q9550 lol

  • @MrRayLeroy nice. im jealous! i'll have my upgrade too really soon.

  • Ich meinte das du Dem HT nicht über 1000 MHZ bringen solltest weil sonst dein Mainboard im Arsch geht PS Please take the google translator

  • @pumaoma1 First This is Not HT! This is An Intel 775 CPU There is No Hyper Transport!

    2. If I Have The FSB Set to 1333Mhz It Dose Not Do Anything to The Main-board Still Stock Volts There!

    3. I Don`t See Why You Left A a Comment lol Nonsense!

  • @MrRayLeroy I meant the fsb.which may not be as highshould.wo kommst du her? .So I'm from the island of Usedom located on the Polish border.in Germany / I have a Pentium 4 in the cellar.where I craft

  • @pumaoma1 I`m From Canada-Montreal The FSB Is Not To High Things Have Changed Since Pentium 4 lol.

  • @MrRayLeroy but that is very cold in Canada.we have rain and thunderstorm at about 15 degrees yesterday there were still 27 degrees,,I have an x3 as I do a x4 ? my main board ASRock N68C-S UCC my CPU x3 8550

  • @pumaoma1 Never Had ASRock but i Only Buy Gigabyte Mainboard Since 2005, Before I Had MSI

There is One Big Reason for Me To Only Get Gigabyte Main-board`s That is Xpress Recovery 2.

  • @MrRayLeroy costs too much coal lol.am a passionate AMD collector ati I had always.I wish good night

    now I'm going smoking

  • fsb 1333 no yes 1000 mhz

  • @pumaoma1 ???

  • @TheRealDutchOwner Yes Vista !

  • @MrRayLeroy, Get 7, it works even faster then Vista because the bloated programs of Vista are removed or tweaked to work faster.

  • @TheRealDutchOwner I I Know but i Love Windows Vista lol I Never Loved an OS More Than Vista.

Don`t Ask me Why But Seriously i Relay Love it.Maybe Because not Many People Use it!

  • @MrRayLeroy, Well, Windows "7" is actually Windows 6.1, and Vista 6.0. So 7 is Vista V2. It's just faster, has a better taskbar, less errors, more compactibility. For the rest nothing changed.

  • @TheRealDutchOwner Well Maybe Your Right! But Not All My Apps Are Compatible with Windows 7.

And I Hate The Super-bar! lol Vista is More Classic to Me.

  • If You Found This Video Helpful Please Rate Thank You.

  • how you Cool the CPU? Air cooling of liquid cooling?

  • @superdavi92 Air Cooler AC Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2

  • I am amazed ho cool your CPU runs on air cooling, what stepping is your CPU? I am thinking of getting one.

  • @sssebyy See The Description There is A Link and Info.
