The guy in blue shorts looks like a experienced boxer fighting some noob lol, he keeps his hands and head up and pays attention, no lookin awway or someshit like that :P.... he may get hit a little, but since his hands are up and hes dodgin, those are littlle smacks.....on the other hand, the guy in sweats is getting the straight full punches- someone teach him how to box !
good ones.. guys.. thats what its all about learning and good sportsmanship... and of course practice. the guy in the grey sweat , needs to keep his head up and gloves to block his head. and move his feet to get out of the way.. learn some foot work...and stick and move ,,, throw the jab and set up some combos.. then in and out...keep them punches straight.. with an occasional haymaker or over the top.
