I just want to say that any doctor will tell you that muscle weighs more than fat. You don't need to look at the scales you need to look at the inches lost etc.. because often time people will give up because they see no change or even weight gain on the scale its the difference between muscle and fat. I hope you do well.
Dont stop working out. You look great. If you get tired of water drink protein water by kellogs they have 3 different flavors also u can eat the meal bars also.

I was thinking about going on ALli and searched youtube, but all I found was that ppl kept talking abt how great hoodia works.

size 4 wow!! I was maybe an 11 (in Walmart Juniors) before I had my baby, and I have always been a medium size clothes. Now I am an 18 for my work pants and haven't seen anything. Keep up the great work, maybe some day it will be great.. have you read the book "the secret"? take care
you look great, and your progress is inspiring. every weight loss journey has its plateau, however, and you've probably hit yours. two things that might help: a personal trainer, and kicking refined sugar. the body adapts to even the hardest workout and doesn't progress, so you need to mix it up -- and refined sugar in foods and alcohol never helps metabolism. best of luck and thanks for your courage.
u got to make sure u use the same scale each time u weight ur self because each one is a lil differnt...im going for nursing and i learned that myself cuz im tryin to lose weight also
Hey you. I am really nervous about taking hoodia. I am trying to lose weight and feel that I am too much of a snacker to lose it. So I am really interested in the hoodia product because I need something to curb my appetite. I think you should be very happy with your results because I can definetly see results in your mid-rif, which is where I have the biggest problem. Are you exercising or just cutting your eating?
Hmmm, i dont know about the pills and exercise. Food is generally the biggest contributing factor. Need to double check your calorie intake. Probably one or two foods is screwing you over that your not realizing.
