In my opinion, this was given the title of "Best Song Ever Made" by me back in 1994 when I first heard it and on OfficialChrisCornell's YT channel, I told Chris too--We're friends IRL and I still get chills everytime I hear this tune (Even bought Superunknown afterwards) ;-)

man im a grunge man myself, i like all the seattle grunge bands they were just so great! and i even like stp even tho they are more alternative but all 5 of those bands are in my top 10 for sure.....just made some great music!

Although Cobain was amazing, I wouldn't give this prestige award to either. Neither of them started the genre, although both heavily defined it. I would possibly say Cobain is the father, although Chris is the grandfather and much more distinctive, of course, only in my opinion.

Ahh I see your opinion and it is bold very bold I just see Cobain as the king of grunge because i've always loved Nirvana but Soundgarden is always 2nd in my opinion but thank you for everything you do because you are right Grunge is a legacy and must live on forever.
