I have one....but it look nuthing like this one... all three of my friends have elves and they all look so different! mine is white..her name is snowflake and my sisters elf is red and green but her elves face srta looks ceramic...and so does maybells exept she has long blonde hair and a blue dress and really pretty wings!!! and my best friends elf is named missle toe and she is red & green. My other frnds elf is drssd in gold with wings and her elf has a little sister with wngs lke a dragnfly!

i dont know.....i thought they were all suppossed to look different...my friend has one like this and she never told me they all looked the same. and i heard that if you touch yours once you just get cole in your stocking and if you pick them up and move them they will turn to stone.

I have never heard that thing about turning to stone or the cole! On time fletcher fell and I picked him up to put him back and he still flied and no cole! Go figure?

It is kind of confusing but the best way to describe it is that when you get the elf on the shelf book that night the elf comes and then you name him/her!
