Ernie D. and later David Thompson were the 2 most fun to watch players ever. Ernie's 1st half against Maryland in the East Regional of 1973 was incredible. I also remember a game against the USSR national team either in Boston or Madison Square Garden that was wild.
I got to see these two play and it was a thrill. Had Barnes not been so messed up from drugs, etc., he would easily have been the equal to Elgin Baylor and Karl Malone.

Jimmy W., and Mike Riordan, sat behind me in biology class during 1963-64. Jimmy especially was a delight to watch on the court.
