omg, I remember I recorded this song, weird but I did it because I loved this song but it was for Hurricane Ivan.I like the part at the end around 2:08 - 2:09 when it says Doom! lol
I worked as an EMT during Katrina, Rita, & Dennis. As the ambulance's flashing lights catching the raindrops... sends both a chill of inspiration & terror up your spine... this music does the same. How are you doing recovery wise?
When Hurricane Katrina was out there, it was definetly the scariest time for Storm Alert. I live in a land locked state, myself, but I remember being terrified for the people in Louisiana and Mississippi, that were gonna get hit. Storm Alert definetly brought a sense of renewed urgency to the hurricane coverage, then. These days... not so much. :\
They need to bring back this music for Hurricane Irene!

@spindalis79 Do you mean the one that was played during the local forecast or the part in the begining that said Storm Alert Katrina?
physicalgrafiti12345 6 months ago
@physicalgrafiti12345 Local forecast dramatic music. It's called "Eye of the Storm."
spindalis79 6 months ago
@spindalis79 I completley agree, this music is so awesome and it would be amazing to hear it when the eye travels right over my house.

I never heard of a rain squall before. What is it?
ilmman999 3 years ago
Good Question. A rain squall is a brief, but extremely intense period of heavy rain and wind, which hurricanes are most notorious for.

I agree partially, it is good to see his videos from this era of TWC coming in. But I definately prefer his classic TWC videos better.
