Just wanted to say thank you and let you know you are the man! You can refresh the Ilum buff by going to the tunnel on the eastside of the pvp map. Just quickly go in and out.

I've received 17 medals in a single game after 1.1 as an Assassin.

2.5k and 5k heals are still possible after the medpac nerf.

The only medal I was unable to earn in that game was 300k healing, however it is possible to earn this medal as an Assassin, just unlikely if you don't spend the entire game focusing on it.

I used Pure Frozenshock Water, it heals 8.3k. It's the only way to earn 2.5k / 5k medals as an Assassin. Google it, it's an item used to create the magenta crystals from a mini-quest in Tatooine that sends you to Hoth.

Also I'd definitely recommend you to get the item, it can only be used whilst out of combat, yet has an extremely short cooldown (10 seconds). What you can do though is Force Cloak and then quickly use the Pure Frozenshock Water for a ~6400 heal (-30% healing PvP debuff plus roughly 11% expertise bonus to heals). The cooldown is so short because the item is meant to apply a debuff preventing repeated use, however it applies a buff which can simply be right-clicked and removed

You're calling bullshit, yet you don't realise that it is possible. Here's how I did it:

2.5k / 5k / 75k healing is earned through the use of Pure Frozenshock Water.

2k / 5k / 10k / 50k protection is earned through the use of Guard on an ally who stands in acid in Huttball.

300k damage / 5k single hit are extremely easy to earn as a full BM geared Assassin that is only missing 2 pieces of gear.

The other are self-explanatory, but honestly, it's not bullshit :)

hey zybak, u can achive that protection medals with your mind trick's, cos they make the hostiles around u hit %30 less or somethng, which is count as shield/protection

Hey Zybak, nerf or not to the Rakata medpac, you can grab the 15% powerup or use the expertise pot, then use the medpac to ensure the 5k heal, if they are nerfing it badly, make sure you're out of combat before using it to ensure the 30% healing debuff is gone first.

You can also get protection using taunt. I usually get the guard medals while staying in shadow technique. just use the AOE taunt when its up and single taunt when the person im attacking is attacking someone else.

You get defender points in huttball for killing the ballcarrier. We usually score 4 Points and then start to farm, just in case randoms score more points we only score 4. We intentionally throw the ball to an opponent and then kill him to get the defender points. Lately people are getting what we are doing and throw the ball away immediatly.
