Red button > air channel (Antera wheels special air channel in a spoke!) >CD drive.

"ANTERA is known for its unique valve stem designs. First there was the revolutionary through-the-spoke hidden valve. ANTERA locates the valve under the center cap and routes an air channel through one of the spokes. Then came the valves with a cap located flush with the lip."
