i wonder how the first person who did this ever thought of it. ever wonder that about stuff? like who thought of putting all the ingredients into say cookie mix? or who plucked each herb for the first time ever then figured out what it did and how to cook it and put it in pill or powder form.. etc.. just cool lol
I`m a 10 year old girl and have never had my eyebrows done. I haven`t any idea how to pluck with tweezers and guess what ive just done! I just plucked the hairs underneath my eyebrows and am very proud!
in my opinion, threading is more painful than plucking AND waxing! it literally feels like somebodys slicing your face with a scalpel then pressing a hot poker on it lol...NO JOKE! and I have a veeery high pain tolerance!! .. but with that said-NO YOU DONT GET USED TO IT and YES under an experienced hand it does look immaculate and clean :)
I have seen a few of the tutorials and your is the easiest to understand thank you so much now i dont have to spend so much money to get them threaded
just a littlel bit question: I'm trying to do threading (obiouvsly I need a lot of practice), but I'm not able to adhere the thread to mi skin. how is it possible? I can not find a right position for my hands. Sorry for my english, I'm writing from Italy! Hoping for your help, I wish you good day.
only just started to do this and its so easy. much better and neater results than plucking and doesn't take very long for it to stop hurting. good video thanks :) x
this is amazing.it seems so complicated.but ive just done it,and yes with practice you get better...thank you so much honey, youve saved me an absolute fortune xxx
Your actions were very clear, thank you, I usually hot wax my brows, I find that hot wax grabs the little hairs a lot better then strip wax, but thteading is much quicker and saves a lot of messing about. I love it :)
hi i realised that you dont have any facial hair, r u just naturally hair free because im asian my self but cant find an effective way of removing them. is it true thats haldi (tumeric) works really well in fading the colour of the unwanted hair?
I am a "fuzzy" person with very fine hair that plucking and waxing does NOTHING for. I would have new growth by the time I completed all I needed to do.
THIS WAS AMAZING! I have "fuzzy" spots on my cheek area and boy did the fur fly! I removed the hair easily and quickly after minimal time to master the method.
It stung at first then nothing... ! Thank you so much for the tutorial :)
hi, i want to thread my moustache(dear me) and i think threading is the best option for me. however i just cant get my head around what ur hands shud do, If u cud put up a video that relli puts it into simple words on threading ur upper lip wud help. my hand-eye coordination is pathetic so plz help me out. moustache on a gal aint attractive. All the best.
I get my eyebrows threaded, just had it done on Monday. I love it. I have to admit, it does hurt sometimes, particularly when she pulls several hairs at once. But, I love the way my eyebrows look afterwards. Don't think I could do it myself but I love your tutorial.
Hey girls, I m european but currently leaving in the Middle East, in the Gulf. What Jasmine shows here is not an invention, its a very practical way of hair-removing, everyone is doing this in the saloons.
Btw there was a question down, is it normal to hurt, absolutely, for me it hurts everytime, but this thing is just the best.
I have very sensitive skin and this is not painless to everyone - remember, pain is subjective. This is faster and more comfortable than waxing or tweezing though. I don't think I could bring myself to do this to myself. I'd be more likely to rip my whole eyebrow out.
this seems like a great idea but when it comes to stuff that could be painful i like to stick to what i know plucking may hurt but im a bit too scared to do this haha!
hey jasmine! im 13 and got my brows waxed today but wanted a bit more of an arch! But I am soooo glad i found this! I followed the instructions and did it as you said and it worked out beautifully! Thanks so much! :)
I had mine done in the UK...not that painful at all and it's nice and clean.....if you can handle cramps or childbirth...you can handle anything...lol :)
wow, this is freakin awesome! hahaha this day, like TODAY is the very first day i've heard of "threading". AMAZED much? i Am. :) thanks, i'm going to try this technique

@GreyBillie It's pretty painful the first time you try it, but after sometime it becomes really painless (i'm very sensitive to pain, and sometimes i tear, but pain is really little)
@GreyBillie personally..for me i swear by threading. i think with her doin it herself in the video she can thread herself in a way to cause less pain. i say this because ive had it done with a girl where i could tell she was doing it a type of way to make it feel as if it were ripping out painfully. for some reason my eye brow area is sensetive any way. it hurts me. im not gonna lie.
Thank you very much for the explaination :) and the closed up ... i'll try this in my legs first so i can get the grip of control. thanks thanks thanks!
tweezers are still there... which is great if you have a handful of thick stray hairs. But nothing beat a quick zip with thread for perfect shaping and getting rid of a lot of ultra fine hairs quickly.
