I think the mating dance of the Superb bird of Paradise is beautiful and funny. The usually get rejected by the female often before they score. : )

JC! I saw an animated gif of this elsewhere on the net and I really thought that someone captured a bird and dressed it in this ridiculous black and blue smiley face and sent it after other birds. I thought it was a cruel joke and now I find out that this bird is real!! I'm thoroughly impressed. Hi five, bird!
