@uniquement24 hi, your english fine... don't worry. about your question, 0 means it's an open string so you can hit it when strumming, opposite with X... means that the string is mute. hope this helps, good luck on your guitar learning!

Hi TheDeserteye, sorry if it confuses you... I actually just made it up. =)Sometimes I only hit the base when strumming downwards so the B means Base.

It means don't strum it all the way down, instead, only hit the base/s... it may be the 6th, 5th or 4th string, it depends. Sometimes, you may strum the 5th & 4th strings at the same time. Hope this helps. ;)
