  • Hey! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my mate burned plenty of unwanted fat.

  • no its not a cohincidence you r very hot

  • I love you <3

  • I LOVE FUYU's!!! haha. I eat them hard though... and I love it. I never knew you eat them when they're soft. haha whoops!

  • Persimmons are yummylicious!!! Can't get enough of them <3<3<3

  • I always avoided those because they reminded me of tomatoes but i think i'll try them out :)

  • @nataniax I know they can be a little intimidating, but eat them when they are truly ripe and they are so sweet and creamy! :D

  • these are my absolute FAVORITE!! they're so delicious :3

  • Just great. Now I'm going to crave persimmons the whole week, unless I go out and hunt for them. UGH. The last time I bought them, they never ripened, just spoiled.

  • Wow you look great on your high fruit journey :)

  • thanks for this video. persimmons are one fruit that i have been scared to try.

  • The persimmons I have access to in the UK Shops are mainly all HARD. How do you get them to ripen so much? Mine feel like apples almost, even after 2 weeks on the windon ledge.

  • @777newworldlove Oh yeah, persimmons can take forever to ripen. I've had some take over a month before. Must be the fuyu variety. Put them in a warm spot with some apples or bananas and that will speed up the ripening process. Hachiya varieties ripen a bit faster, so I usually make them my staple when they are in season.

  • Persimmons are hands down my favorite fruit, but i can never find them where i live! do you know what part of the country do they tend to grow in?

  • @alycat1624 They tend to grow in Southern California and South Florida in the U.S. I can get them in the middle of the States where I live in South Dakota, but you don't typically see them on store shelves. You've gotta ask the produce manager to do a special order and get them in bulk! Cheaper that way too. :)

  • I love these orange persimmons.. the Black Sapotes are amazing too. Gotta have them super ripe! :)

  • @nextinline777 Round out your research: seeds (all nuts are seeds) and grains acidify the body, they do not alkalize.

@RealRawResults Another excellent video! I wrote of persimmons after trying my first (and only) years ago, it was hard, and flavorless...now I know why, thanks!!

  • You are cute and so right...lol!!

  • Longest living people hardly eat anything, also keep that in mind(: Forget cals. Foods are medicine. The whole calorie jig is just because of the fact the diet we eat today, we're just eating and eating avoiding all nutriants... So we just carry that on with the raw food diet. But 80/10/10 is not for everyone... Thats a heck of alot of fruit.. And we've seen alot of bloodwork. Gotta balance it all out. Leafy greens.. Even though low cal, still essenstial for alkalizing the body.

  • @nextinline777 I have to say man, you sound rather boring and spacy. Both caused by caloric/carbohydrate insufficiency. Get over the eating disorder and get'cha fruit in ya' mate! ;)

Fruits hybridize themselves to be seedless. Food is not medicine. The body does all healing on it's own. You just need to quit doing the things that are harming yourself.

  • But i will say this .. Persimmons are not natrually accuring. They are seedless.. I wouldn't touch a seedless fruit. All about seed bearing fruits!....People dont need to be on 100% raw all the time.. In reality regardless what people say.. Raw food diet is about cleansing your body... Wild herbs are the best bet... Once you clean yourself out... Mentally, physically, and spiritually... You honestly wont need much.. You can go through a whole day on just a hand of something.

  • You know whats better than organic? ... FREE WEEDS BABY! dandelions is the easiest to find(;

  • Alkalize! Nuts, seeds, grains, fruits and vegetables.. Round it out baby!

  • I think i need more Vitamin A and Persimmons seem to be a good source of that vitamin. I can't find organic Persimmons do you think its a good idea to buy alots of non organic? Great video :) Thanks for sharing.

  • @SonOfTheSystem It depends on how you personally feel about organic/non organic, but organic is always going to be the best choice. If it were me and I were eating heaps of them, I would try to source some organic persimmons. I don't see them in the stores, but ask your produce guys and they should be able to order them for you! :)

  • @RealRawResults -- Thanks for this video! I just had my first persimmon ever, and I'm 50! I had gotten one for New Years' but before used to think they were all horrible. I just happened to have kept it in the fridge for a while, and decided that I better check on it. But a question: what do you so to store it for the ripening period? One suggestion I'd seen was to store it in a paper bag on the counter. BTW, it *was* tasty! Now I want to get more!

  • @zereprd Glad you liked it! I put them all in a bunch, either in a paper bag or let them chill with some bananas in a warm spot until they get soft and squishy.

    Enjoy! :D

  • thank you!! LOL. I ate my first one hard like an apple & was like..ahh no not 4 me..but thanks to you I will try again! Im also researching raw food lifestyle and am on the brink of being full on raw so thank you also 4 your inspiration. Peace, Love, Health & Light 2 you All~Ways! ~Mon!ca

  • Persimmons are awesome! I tried one for the first time about a month and a half ago, but like an idiot, at that time, I ignored the warning of someone to wait two weeks before eating that particular persimmons, and I ate it right away, and my throat felt VERY uncomfortable afterwards. However, last night, I tried a persimmons for the second time, this time picking one that was really soft, and the stem broke right off. It tasted FANTASTIC, like some sort of SWEET CREAM!!

  • Huh, another website says a persimmon has 118 calories. How many calories are really in a persimmons? Still even $1 / 118 calories ~ $0.85 per 100 calories = $25.50 / day = $765 / month (!) if living off them exclusively. Not as scary as my previously estimated figure, but STILL over 1/3 my monthly income!

  • @rpmangin You have to weight them. 70 cals per 100 grams. Because it means the vibrant health and happiness I experience on a daily basis, I have NO problem whatsoever spending the majority of my money on the highest quality fruit I can get. Priorities.

  • I was eating my first one ever while watching this video. :-)

  • Do you eat the peel?

  • @hypermediahunnies Yes! I do. I eat the peels on both the Hachiya and Fuyu. Some people don't like the skins of the fuyu, but I enjoy eating them. :)

  • @RealRawResults Call me nuts, but I also eat the skins of mangoes! People who say they're poisonous are full of @#$#.

  • Thanks--now I know!

  • you can just eat raw persimmy's whole.

  • They are pretty tasty actually. :)

  • Permsimmons taste nasty and my physco-kundalini-fortune teller said if I eat more than 5g of sugar in a day my head will pop open and all my precious ormus will splatter everywhere! You obviously know nothing!!!!! ;)

  • @TheRawTeen My gosh.....all of the frooktoze has led to a severe ormus deficiency!!! Please! You have my Visa digits! Set me up for a lifetime supply of conveniently light weight and costly ormus powder you sell me in plastic bottles!!! :D

  • @RealRawResults My ormus powder comes from fresh aliens lovingly slaughtered and crushed fresh from the Kindalinimucimo universe. I love these aliens with all my heart, and that's why I bring them to you so you can enjoy them just as I do. Crushed to bits like the motherfu#### they are!!!! Call now, 842-432-Idiots. That's 842-432-Idiots.
