Obviously most of you don't understand copyright. Youtube pulls down anything belonging to MSNBC almost immediately unless it has been uploaded by themselves or one of their affiliates. As this video has a different audio track (ie no longer original) they don't have the grounds to remove the video. People who upload the original video have it up for about 18 hours before it's taken down due to copyright infringement. Now who's stupid?

The statistics of the video shows that of all the people who actually voted, 790 liked as opposed to 1026 dislikes. So with a little rounding that's 8:10 ratio or 4:5. Which taken into account the 2.3 million or so views is about ~1,220,000 views that actually "liked" the video.
