Being easily distracted has nothing to do with cheating. In fact, cheating is usually something that happens as a result of time spent with someone perceived to be able to give the cheater what said cheater lacks at home.

1. This situation is pretty mirrored between the genders, if one partner makes a relationship miserable, the other will seek happiness elsewhere, simple!
