• Looking back at this, almost three years later, I'm struck by just how horribly wrong it could all have gone...

  • damn, wes clark just dropped and elbow from the sky!

  • Probably one of my all-time favorite clips of all time!

  • Wes Clark Jr. is great...

  • Wes Clark is so yummy.

  • I agree with everything but not believing in evolution and believing in Rapture. I surely hope these people understand that there are millions of democrats like myself who are Christian and plenty of us, as well, who do not believe we came from a rock.

Sorry, I don't. Has nothing to do with my religion, has to do with facts. Abiogenesis has never been proven. Mutations can't create new information. Natural Selection can only select. Period.

But we can all agree Sarah Palin is a nut-job.

  •
who do not believe we came from a rock.
Yet you believe that God made you from *clay*. Which is a *rock* that's been ground up and is *wet*.

    Further Abiogenesis *doesn't say that!*

Lastly, being a Christian doesn't mean you can't accept Evolution and other scientific theories. Many Christians accept Evolution. *Creationists*, which is a fundamentalist sect of Christianity, don't accept Evolution. *That's* the difference.

  • Great rant. Palin has been so coddled and shielded from the media it's sick. Palin, 7 months pregnant with a Down's Syndrome child and her water breaking, gets on a plane from Dallas to fly how many hours to a remote clinic without OB/GYN facilities in Alaska? She's "pro-life" and risks her own child's life and mental health that way? And some people in this country are so braindead they'd put her one melanoma away from nukes? That's retarded.

  • You nailed it Wes. I don't think the reporter could have weighed in, but that aside, your commentary was exactly right.

  • Objectively speaking, Palin is an ignorant, self-absorbed, narrow-minded, religiously insane hayseed and should not be let anywhere near the office of the President. Wes is totally right in his criticism of Palin, those in the media who don't ask the critical questions, and of course, her supporters, who think she is qualified & see her stupidity as a virtue. We've had 8 years of stupid. It's time to elect the smart guy.

  • Is that the best you can do?

    Really?

I heard better comebacks when I was in the grade school.

Now give those two neurons in your skull some time to come up with something original & funny, then get back to me.

Come to think of it, forget what I said. Just go get yourself some nachos, then sit back & relax to your favorite Hee Haw reruns. Remember, you are special & you deserve it.

  • Oh, I get it now. You're another Log Cabin Republican tooling for anus on YouTube. Sorry, dude. I'm not interested but I wish you the best of luck in your search for tube steak.

  • Then David Vitter is your man.

  • Wes, not very impressive. Where is Cenk? Not everyone is made for video. This guy sounds too nasty.

  • my thoughts exactly. the religion effect is devastating in politics.

  • So because she has it better in the US than she would in africa, she's not allowed to criticize her country?! She's not AFRICAN, her skin color doesn't matter, and for the record, who the fuck are you to say that whites may take offense? What the fuck do you mean by that? That whites are supperior? Or that whites are the true people of america? Whites are as little american as blacks are, Im fucking sick and tired of this subtle racism even in political discussions like these it's so apparent.

  • why is the USA becoming more right wing?

it should be more left like the Sadanavians countries.

  • I hope it never happens, no tharcther!

  • I think this guy is missing the point of the question here. sure, even the notion that sarah palin might be president makes me sick to my stomach. however the disccussion was about whether or not the press should show a bias. its because of the biased news media that people actually take her seriously. If its as obvious that shes bad as this guy says, then the american people should not need a bias to make up their minds. if "reality is a bias" then we don't need opinionated news.

  • Fox news. 'Nuff said.

  • According to the Citzens Against Gov't Waste they scored the candidates with 100 being the best score, 0 being the worst, Obama has a rating of 18, McCain has a rating of 88. You have to ask yourself if this is the change we want in Washington.

  • I love this Clark guy. Perfect.

  • GUYS fucking REALITY is a bias. Nice.

  • Yeah... cause it's the President's job to be vindictive and pursue personal grudges against those who oppose them.

    You just don't get it.

  • Separation of church and state is the interpretation of the line that says that they establish no religion. I know, I am an atheist and I was confused when I did not find those exact words in there.

  • Do you realize there is no 'separation of church and state'? It is found NOWHERE in our laws or founding documents. It is the premise of the Left in the attack on religeon in the effort to dissolve traditional morality. Without moral ethics you can do virtually anything, unrestricted. Religeon must be attacked!!

People of faith are never murderers, no goon squads, no hit men. Those who suggest that are the haters. I'm sure you know that! Please don't hate faithful people.

  • "People of faith are never murderers, no goon squads, no hit men."

lol intrinsic value. that was classic.

  • I've never wished death upon McCain (or anyone for that matter) and I, like many liberals, believe in God. I see you backed down like a typical GOP weasel (isn't generalizing fun?!) with your foray into threatening a Presidential candidate's life. If you want to look for someone wishing McCain death, look no further than his own campaign. They've said several times that McCain won't last the 1st term and Palin would be a great replacement.

  • Being reasonable doesn't work when you're dealing with crazy pinheads who believe the presidency is an extreme sport. Make an effigy of Palin and burn it.

  • Wes Clark , you are a lying ass

  • If someone believes in ther own church, how are you theatened by a theocracy? BushII is devout--has he attempted a theocracy? Jimmy Carter was a believer--did he attempt a theocracy? Obviously, you are manufacturing a reason to hate. Am I wrong? You are saying Baptists are mass murderers? Isn't that a stretch? Who's kidding whom?

  • All you have to do is look at the posts on this thread. Look who is using the most scandalous kind of hate speech. Do you ever listen to talk radio? I didn't think so. If you did, you'd learn how wrong you are.

No candidate should be subjected to the kind of hate you shovel out, especially Palin who has done nothing but good work in all her jobs. Look it up for yourself. Use reliable sources, not Huffington or Kos. Even you will agree they are radically biased.

  • i just watched a tv program about right wing shock jocks with recordings of them spewing hate filled bile out into the air waves. and "yes" i have unfortunately listened to bill o'reilly and limbaugh. they embody hatred in every sense of the word. in once instance, one of these guys talked about killing the film maker michal moore. one of them said, "you're gay? why don't you catch a virus and die." the right invented this crap and now the left is doing it and the right wingers are whining.

  • Would the show you watched be Bill moyers Journal? If so, I saw it too, and I saw it completely the opposite--Moyers is a motivated Leftist who has had the hots for right wing talkers for years. His show was full of half-truths and heavily edited clips (out of context) like most propagandists. He's very skilled at making you think something is true that is not in fact. I'm not speaking hate, its just the way I see it.

    continues above

  • Ilisten to a wide variety of sources (obviously) and I have never heard any prominent right-talker say the hateful things as you described. I know some Right-Wingers say some pretty ridiculous things and they harm themselves with it, but the volume of hate on the Left dwarfs that of the Right. And whats the deal with the word 'fuck'? The Left is utterly fascinated with it! And profanity like I've never seen before!

Consider: most people have never heard of Sarah Palin --continued above

  • before a week ago, but in the last week the Left is full of the most passionate hate--without knowing much but what is posted in the hate blogs, notably Huffington and Kos.

Its a campaign of smear on a woman with a terriffic record up til McCain picked her for VP. What changed? Nothing but the smear machine now launched against her.

I suggest you not hate someone because of the 'R' by their name. Give them a chance to harm thenselves first--you might be surprised what you see.

  • the right wing because of their pseudo "christianist" morality are like prudish sunday school teachers. fuck is just a word. get over it. wishing death on a gay person because they're gay is more vulgar than any so called foul language. killing innocent civilians in iraq because of the venal policies of the bush cheney cabal is more foul than any word. this what the extreme right talks shows have advocated. get real.

  • the right wing because of their pseudo "christianist" morality are like prudish sunday school teachers. fuck is just a word. get over it. wishing death on a gay person because they're gay is more vulgar than any so called foul language. killing innocent civilians in iraq in support of the venal policies of the bush cheney cabal is more foul than any word. this what the extreme right talks shows have advocated. get real.

  • 'fuck is a vulgar word, also a crutch for a weak argument. I notice the wilder and more vapid the rhetoric, the greater the use of thet word. Reliance on profanity is prood of a weak intellect, and its corrosive to the society. Please consider that.

  • some of the most brilliant minds have used "foul" language and used it eloquently, shakespeare for one. only those trapped by psuedo morality are stuck in archaic notions of how to use language. ideas of good and bad language are for grade school teachers trying to impose the same outdated notions of so called civilized behavior. meanwhile the politicians they voted into office are killing innocent civilians by the thousands. that is the truly vulgar product of a weak intellect.

  • So Shakespeare might have used the words 'fucking cunt' to describe a candidate for VP? (not you specifically, but many on these posts) And those who like clean non-vulgar discourse voted in murderers? Can you see this is quite a stretch? Defending vulgarity/profanity is a hard fight to win. There is no eloquent vulgarity. Sorry.

  • with respect, you are missing my point. i do not like people to tell me how i should communicate. this is a free country and i use language in the way i choose. the point of my last comment was this, it is hypocritical to point out the use of vulgar language if you are defending politicians are killing innocent civilians and talk show hosts who advocate hate speech. that is truly vulgar and foul. the word "fuck" will never kill anyone but orders from the white house have killed thousands.

  • yeah, next you'll say that bill moyers is a commie subsersive. he was the press secretary for lyndon johnson, the warmonger who was responsible for the viet nam debacle. that show only confirmed what i've heard for myself and quite frankly i'm surprised no one has called limbaugh, o'reilly and their ilk on their rhetoric of hate. if moyers is a propagandist, then the right wing talk shows are just plain liars. no amount of editing can make those words neutral. advocating death is hate.

  • Go ahead, monk throw some mud--call names, and scorn me for what you think I might say. This is why I have little regard for bug-eyed screamers on the Left.

  • jmshaw357: if you read more carefully, you will realize that i never specifically called YOU any name at all. it was a general comment directed at right wing hate mongers and the so called christian right which seems to have forgotten that jesus embodied forgiveness and love not self righteous comdemnation. "let he who is without sin..." now if you count youself one of that mob of stone throwers then, by all means, be offended.

  • I am a right-winger and a semi-faithful Christian. Does that make me a hatemonger or a stone thrower? I'm fairly measured and thoughtful, no? Read the posts all over Youtube and in your fair assessment, is there not a heavy hate content among the Lefties? Sure we have idiots on the right too, but isn't the ratio about 90/10 for hate on the Left? This is a poor forum for debate, but the outpouring of hate is stunning!

  • i did not accuse you of being either a hatemonger or a stone thrower. i asked if you count yourself among that group. you point out that youtube is filled with hatefilled content. i agree and i contend that many of the original right wing talk show hosts are the inventors of this kind of dialogue. now that the left has picked up the gauntlet and is using the same weapon, the right calls, "foul." you can't have it both ways. what goes around comes around.

  • Got any examples? I listen to talk radio as much as anyone, and I assure you who obviously don't, there is no hatespeech, no vulgarity, no inciting violence (as Bill Moyers charges). I would challenge you to listen to any one of the Right-talkers for 15 minutes, mark each of the charges you describe and let us know. The result will be zero. Try Michael Medved, my favorite.

Continue to use vulgarity, and you'll continue to be seen as a low-brow with a weak argument, and with my blessing.

  • i'm done with pointless banter. if you think i'm going to listen to right wing radio to convince you there's hate in it, you're sadly mistaken. just because you don't hear it on programs you listen to, means nothing. anecdotal evidence is specious at best. i've heard limbaugh, o'reilly & others frequently engage in hate mongering and bating of the left. weak argument? if you're an example of high brow, i'll gladly take the other road cause that's fucking bullshit. what are you, my grandma?

  • Spot on Wes Clark

  • continued-- She took out members of her own party when she found them corrupt--that is huge. She has integrity above politics. She was so popular at that point she had a relatively easy election as Gov., and always fulfills her promises. If she were a Dem, all the haters would be saying SHE'S God, not Obama. There is a culture of hatred out there on the left, and its working overtime on this excellent woman. That is more than shameful--I wonder if its criminal? It sure isn't right, I know that.

  • Wow. A culture of hatred? Have you SEEN Republican ads?

You think dems would love a pro gun, anti-choice conservative if she were only a registered member of their party?

  • culture of hatred on the left? have you heard the right wing radio talk shows? the right wing invented the culture of hatred. people like limbaugh, o'reilly, etc. wear that crown and rightfully so. palin is getting the kind of flak that anyone should be subjected to who is running for vice president. to add a sober note, the russian media has reacted to her bellicose rhetoric towards russia by asking, "do you know what an nuclear holocaust is?" wake up. this is not a game.

  • Crazier person??? You mean like that extream Marxist like Barack Hussein NObama? Wes Clark Jr, your an idiot! Shame on you for acting like a reporter.

  • obama has a wealth of experience to be president? I wouldn't talk about experience when the head of your ticket lacks experience to be president. Although he can gather large crowds of zombies chanting his name. That should make up for the lack of experience.

  • Your arguments are as sound as your cheesy desk.

  • Are you sayinfg Obama's leading this race? As soon as Sarah came in McCain has been in the lead--for the first time. Tomorrow the lead will he even bigger, and i predict McCain will be prez in Nov. And I don't even like McCain! Do love Sarah tho!

  • well good for you

  • why do you love sarah?

  • I love sarah because she is tha anti-politician. She was a city councilman because she thought she could contribute to her poorly run city. She was excellent, and was popular enough to become mayor in her first exec job She was in numerous small businesses before that. Then she gained popularity within AK because of her reputation for results, no BS. She tried for lt. Gov of AK and failed, but was given an ethics post in energy dept. She cleaned house there in a big way.

  • yes those are all admirable traits. but for her to run a country is not a good idea... she is not qualified and smart enough to run the country.

  • And how do you know that? The odds of McCain outliving Obama are slim due to McCain's age and past ailments. Unless you're telling us one of your ilk is deciding to play God with Sen. Obama's life. And if that's what you're saying, let us know and I'll gladly contact the Secret Service on your behalf.

  • Id rather play God with that clown, Wes Clark Jnr, will someone just shoot him already, im out of range.

  • Muslims also believe that God created everything and that evolution is bogus.

    Sarah Palin = SECRET MUSLIM!!

  • wes clark jr. punkass bitch just like his old man

  • So wait, believing in creationism and the rapture helps make her a "nut?"

    Could you be more intolerant?

  • To the Left, any religious faith is considered evil--tell me how THAT makes sense.

Answer: if a Leftist finds any wrong-doing by any religious person, then ALL the faithful will be attacked. Its called moral relativism. If one bad cop is found, the presumtion is that all cops are bad. Exaggeration? Nope--its taught everywhere! Sen. Craig is exposed as a pervert, so all republicans are perverts. Or suspect at least. Tell me thats not true.

  • Intolerant? Are you serious? The Palins belong to a church that says everyone that doesn't belong to their particular sect is going to Hell. That includes other Christians and religions that aren't AG Christians. Her church says that Israel deserves to be attacked because they don't worship Jesus. THAT is a nut. To say otherwise shows that you can't think outside the box and believe that a woman too stupid to graduate with a BS in 4 years is the type of person that should run the US. Pitiful.

  • But he didn't say any of those things. He named two religious-specific things in his diatribe. 1) She was against evolution, and 2)she believed in the rapture.

So apparently, symptoms of being a "nut" include those attributes. Tell me, how is that not intolerant?

And don't come back at me with a smear about Palin or McCain, I don't care about that. This could be about Obama/Biden, and I'd say the same thing.

  • Being against evolution is an automatic disqualifier for me UNLESS you can somehow prove with objective scientific evidence that all the good scientific evidence in support of the theory is false. Right now, the folks that argue against evolution do so with crap.

Look, the GOP wanted to bring religion into campaigns as an issue...it's not a one way street. We all get to question her beliefs. And yeah, being against evolution and saying that dinosaurs were here 4,000 yrs ago is nutty to me.

  • dem2222 wrote"Being against evolution is an automatic disqualifier for me "

You are so right , just can put a suit on a monkey and send him to Harvard but he is still a monkey.

  • Obaqma says he is a Christian, Christians do not believe in Evolution why are you supporting him? Why did you support Bill Clinton who packed a Bible fo the cameras and couldn't stay out of Black Churches?

  • you're generalizing. many christians believe in evolution. all christians are not the same. jesus never said, "follow me blindly."

  • Approximately 12% of the country believes in evolution qua evolution (that is, not Intelligent Design or that evolution was guided by god's hand).

That 12% includes all liberal Jews, atheists, and liberal Christians.

  • my question would be, where did you get these numbers? do you believe them?

  • They were from a Gallup Poll, let me double check them. ***checking*** Yes, it was 12%, 31% and 53% for evolution, ID, and creationism, respectively. I am with you on this, though, monky. I just thought I would share those numbers. My friend is a Catholic and knows more about evolution than I do.

  • yeah, i hear you, bro, and i don't trust these kinds of numbers anymore. i'm beginning to get a sense that the polls are affecting the process in a unrealistic way. know what i'm saying? unscientific analogy, the film "magic town."

  • If John Travolta were on the ticket, could we call him a nut for believing in Xenu and frozen aliens being dropped into volcanoes?

  • If it effected his ability to run the country, it has to be taken into consideration. Now, there's debate on whether Scientology is actually a religion, but for argument's sake, we'll say it is. So in that case, then I don't think we should call him a nut for that alone.

  • I was replying to txewok.

Disgusting comment re: Obama. I almost never have heard such filth coming from the Left.

A lottery for president sounds better than the last eight years. Like the prices lately? LOL

  • Despicable comment.

  • I want to know if Sarah Palin believes in gravity.

  • "hey, let's play the 'make stuff up game' because it's fun!"

Show a single fact that she has said she believes in the rapture or that the earth is 6,000 years old.

  • She did say that she thinks creationism should be taught as an alternative to evolution. That is enough to tell me she doesn't understand science. I would like to have a government that understands science.

  • she absolutely didn't say that. You need to re-read the actual quote.

  • Smacked the fuck down. The fundies can't deny it, the moderates know it, the liberals are screaming it: Palin is a joke.

  • Wes Jr. rawwks! I see some Palin fans on this thread find that the truth hurts. Face it, she's a dangerous moron. George W. Bush in lipstick.

  • Thats just the problem stevie--I'm the only sane poster--you and the others are clearly koolaid drinkers satisfied the drivel you drink is true. Pull yoour head out! Don't be owned by the haters on the Left. If you want to know the facts on Sarah, just look up her entire history--its an open book. Don't go to her enemies for "facts".

  • Wes Clark Jr would make a better VP than that vindictive ditz Palin.

We're talking about a woman who pulled out all the stops and went beyond the beyond to avenge her sister. What happens when North Korea screws us over in some deal or other?

    Nuke baby nuke?

  • snoeve, you claim you don't waste time on hate; of course not--its beneath you. But you and other rabid Leftists are tireless and act and speak with hatred at every turn--even though you deny it, its obvious.

  • Since when does wanting to know the truth equate with hate? Seriously? Why is Palin being held to a lesser ethical standard than Bill Clinton, Obama and John Edwards to name a few of the Dems attacked by the minions of this administration? Palin would be first in line for the presidency; and the Constitution still means something to some of us. We the People deserve to know the truth on the true character of anyone in such a position. We are tired of the Soap Diva from AK's never ending dramas.

  • Diss, your premises are all faulty--truth doesn't equal hate, etc. but look at these posts and tell me there isn't a truckload of hate without any perceptable thought--mixed with plenty of vulgarity--and don't forget the hate. I challenge you to read up on Sarah Palin's history, not from the haters, but from reliable sources (you may not even know where to look by the responses I see). When you underst6and her you'll see she is courageous, strong, and honest.

  • Here's why the Left hates Palin, a woman unknown just a few days ago--her life is a great one and she is living proof that all the presumed 'truths' taught by the Left since the '60's is rubbish. Example: abortion--she just gave birth to a Downs baby--the left teaches that child should have been cut out due to the imperfection. Sarah looks at that child and loves it anyway. Oh, theres a woman worthy of hate. She sold the former Gov's luxury jet--it was a campaign promise. She keeps her promises.

  • I'm not going to try to debate every hater on this thread--but I would beg you to think twice about swallowing the mud being slung against a good and true patriot and an excellent administrator. She's the only candidate with any exec. experience--Obama has none whatsoever. Think I'm kidding? Name one exec. job or post he's ever held. I expect many ignorant replies.

  • I love every single one of you idiots. "Oh she sold that plane" or "She's a great mother, oooo.". Wonderful, have a fucking hick as a vice president. No wonder most of the world knows the American political system is fucked. A person's ability to sell something does not mean she will be able to negotiate a giant trade deal. Being a great mother doesn't mean she will be good to all Americans and their children.

Plus she is governor of Alaska, there are towns in Canada that have more people.

  • And here come the ignorant responses. snip have you ever heard of character? Didn't think so. How about morality. No?

AK has about the same population and number of electors as DE, Joe Biden's state. Is Joe Biden a hick? No, just an arch Lib elitist who is at least as polarizing as Obama himself. Talk about old-style corrupt politics--its Biden.

Now you foul mouthed prick, get lost.

  • This is politics, nobody gives two custard filled pastries about character in every other character. Stephen Harper tried to do that in an ad, only once and it barely did a dent in the polls. Have you ever noticed that knowledge is 100x more important than character. If you judge someone based on character, vote communist they are presented with character. Don't vote for the giant prick who has the greatest plans for the country. No wonder American politics is a giant mockery in the world.

  • End of first sentence made no sense.

    "... about character in politics."

    Much better.

  • Well, this at least addresses the Left's lack of character--you must be proud.

  • Listen, you must be a simple voter. Don't even understand the "glory" of the political game. But for someone who has studied the rules of the game know that character means nothing. Just in politics does it mean nothing, so don't think politics is about character, it isn't. Just take any political science class and you will know that.

  • Also I would like to mention that your view of thinking is exactly what the McCain camp wants. They know you are giant idiots, which is why they are lying 100% of the time. They know you are too stupid and trusting to do individual research.

Sorry, but it's the truth. Objective truth is always the best truth.

  • And you are demonstrating objectivity? Sorry, I had presumed you were bright--I gave you that respect. I'm stunned--were we have the product of the public school system, followed up with a college(?) education. This fool thinks he's said something! I've copied it and it will be seen by everyone I know! Stunning!! I'm outta here.

  • One of those towns is Toronto.

  • I laughed, I'll admit. I wanted to say cities in Canada, not towns. But you got the point.

  • I'm tired of you Pro-Lifers saying what the Left believes. No person on the Left would have automatically aborted Trig; you're a fool to not only believe that but to repeat it publicly. The Right is for the baby's right to life in the womb but could care less about what happens once it's born. They turn around & attack women that need assistance to care for their babies. Hypocrites. Palin believes that a girl that has been raped by her father, should carry to term. She's a nut & a heathen.

  • Just like a Lib--you object to my characterization of the Left, then you go on to do the very thing you object to. I'm getting weary of the stunning ignorance of you Lib posters.

Consider this: when an idiologue is out of ideas, he resorts to name-calling and vulgarity. Scan down this list of comments and tell me who is out of ideas. Will none of you open your minds? Doubt it.

  • I'm talking about the GOP supporters that complain that people are on welfare to support children they KNEW they couldn't afford to feed. I made no generalization: I based my comment on remarks made by GOP politicians at the RNC; no Republican has disagreed with those assertions to date. A Republican calling someone ignorant is just beyond the pale; I guess voting for people that 'you can have a beer with' shows the ability to make cognitive and reasonable decisions based on important issues.

  • And where do you suggest we look for the truth about Palin?

  • The history of her public life is well reported in Alaskan newspapers, also the web has volumes on her--the problem is that haters on blogs such as Huffington and Kos have exploded lately as well. If you want truth about anyone, I suggest you not go to their enemy for it. Consider this: While ethics chief in AK, the guys she indicted and convicted were nearly all Republicans. That is huge to me--it indicates integrity to take down criminals no matter which party they are from, even her own.

  • Palin asked a "what if" ? to the librarian regarding book banning. So what if she didn't technically ban any books...yet. Just the fact that she looked into it is troubling. And she HAS made statements saying that she thinks creationism should be taught in schools and that we should let kids decide. WTF? No, how about we let THE FACTS and the scientific method decide what's taught instead? Finally, Obama has been attacked for weak connections constantly. Only fair to look into Alaska Ind. Party.

  • snoeve brays that Palin is unqualified to be president, and even though you believe it, that doesn't make it true. Once again I plead with you to open your mind for once and get your info from some other sourses. By the way, SP ia lready vastly more qualified to be prez than any of the other candidates, including McCain. She is the ONLY candidate with ANY exec. experience. Obama has never even run a pop stand in his life.

  • You are clearly insane. If she gets in as President, this republic is ruined.

  • This election is absolutely ridiculous. Wes is exactly right on this. The media has been so fricking soft on McCain & now the same thing is going on with Palin. People need to know just how dangerous it would be to have McCain & Palin elected. We do not need a 72 year old Warmonger & Hockey mom running this country! Think before you vote! Ignorance is bliss ...until REALITY sets in!

  • Loon

  • snoeve, why give a break to hatred? Thats where the left is losing the battle--tolerance of hatred, and other social ills. Hunting isn't bloodlust. Only an ignoramus who has never been hunting would say that. Notice your own hatred of a good woman you admit you don't even know. Thats psyco, kid

  • Okay, young, I'll indulge you just this once. This Clark bufoon is spewing out lies, falsehoods, mischaracterizations, and while it's very popular with the thoughtless Left, that doesn't make it true. Advice: try getting your info from some other source than radical Leftists like this. Expand your thoughts. Don't just go left thoughtlessly and then disparage all who disagree with you. And will you admit your one overpowering motivation is HATE? Your own hatred will seal your defeat in Nov.

  • Truth = Freedom

    Thanks Mr Clark!

  • clark said it.

Man, i think clark is just as good as cenk, at least here. ;)

  • Do you fools get your info from Daily Kos ONLY??? You are so dreary. Wouldn't ever consider independent thinkin??

  • Perfect. Unfreakingbelievable choice!

  • "...reality is a bias." Thanks for saying it Mr. Clark!

  • THANK YOU, Mr. Clark.

  • I like the new guy who's on the right side of the screen. What's his name?

  • Yeah, it's scary how dumb americans are.

  • So you're wishing death upon McCain? Ahh Republicans, you and your wacky ideas.

And why would you want anyone to be like Ronald Reagan? I thought you guys hated celebrities? McCain is always trying to emphasis how much of a joke celebrities are. Yet it seems like so many Republicans want another Ronald Reagan, a guy who actually was a real celebrity because he was an actor in Hollywood.

  • Reagan was a celebrity to you??? I'm sure you know his first career was in film, then he became a two-term Gov. of CA, and then a two-term Prez--easily the best, most influential Prez in the last century. I do object to political zeros like alec baldwin, robin williams, tim robbins, his skank wife, bono, the dixie chicks, george clooney, david letterman, rob reiner, boy george, geez i could go on for pages on dullards who have a lot to say about something they don't understand.

  • He was an actor in Hollywood, how does that not make him a celebrity?

And why shouldn't celebrities be able to say anything? They get to vote also. Hell, in the case of many of them, they do a lot more to help people than many people in congress will ever do. Just look at all the work Clooney does through charities. But I guess I shouldn't expect Republicans to respect people who help the less fortunate. Just look at their views on community organizers.

  • You forget how Reagan was the guy who turned in a bunch of his fellow actors to McCarthy for being "suspected communists". The guy used to "tell us stories" all the time. Once he described his heroism in WWII and someone in the press had to remind him "that was a MOVIE".

BTW: That whole "Tear down this wall" speech was political theater. The Border was already open and the Wall was already coming down before he got there.

  • Aren't journalists citizens? The 1st Amendment is the 1st. The Founding Fathers thought that the press was more important than guns!

  • No more radical religious nuts in the White House! If your calling is religion, direct your life's focus on the church -- our government should remain neutral, as there are many other diverse religious beliefs in our country besides the radical Assembly of God/Pentecostal churches.

How DARE the religious fundementals undermine the intentions of our forefathers who wrote the Declaration of Independence as a way to put an end to another religious nut's (King George's) outrageousness.

  • Palin blows

  • go WES!

  • Wes Jr. is totally right. How can anyone say that Palin has more experience than Obama? This is outrageous. I actually believe the media goes very soft on Republicans. For those that say that it is the opposite, consider the past infidelities of McCain, the secessionist leanings of Palin s husband, etc. . .

  • As a certain person says, "The truth has a well-known liberal bias" :P

  • At least he won't try and take over the world...and thats all i care about.

  • I think that if Mccain gets in that it will be the end of the world...and that bitch palin will have horns growin out of her head.

  • You can send him to Ivy League schools, give him a nice suit, make sure his teleprompter is working correctly.

But you cant polish a turd,no matter how much you try

  • A polished turd is better than one that still stinks to high heaven.

  • With Obama-Biden you get one of each.

  • On the other hand, you get a stinking one and a piece of cunt crust with McCain-Palin.

  • Bring back Cenk!

  • america will crumble

  • A-fkn-men

  • Whoa. Junior's got an aggressive streak kind of like Cenk, I think.

  • Another AWESOME video!

  • "fucking reality is a bias" LMAO

    Quote of the year candidate.

  • Ok, loving this Wes guy right now!

  • What the heck is a 12th day Adventist?

  • Wes Clark Jr. gets even more fired up than Cenk. I love it. This election is too important to be passive.

  • What more can he do. He's appeared on two religious forums on CNN and spoken about his Christianity at least as comfortably (more so IMHO) as HRC and McCain. He's written a book in which he mentions how he became a christian. He's been asked the question in dozens of interviews and has consistently answered by saying he's never been a muslim. And to top it all off, EVERYBODY in the country knows the name of his former PASTOR, Rev. Wright.

Wwhat else it would it take to convince those people?

  • I love Wesley Clark AND his son!! Jr.'s the SHIT!! Why? Because everything I'm thinking right now is broadcasted from this guy!! "FUCKING REALITY is a BIAS!!" AMEN!! LOL

  • Wes Clark Jr... kinda snobby. He basicly wrote off every person in the world that has ever gone hunting or been a chearleader as being unfit to lead... Didnt Roosevelt go on a hunting safari once? OMG! he cant be president.

I agree with most of what he said but he went too far.

  • I don't know where you get the idea that an interest in hunting or past as chearleader renders one "unfit to lead." Sorta thought that Wes Clark's point was that these things do not IN THEMSELVES qualify you for President. The hunting, the PTA, these things ARE being put forth by the right as qualifications and I agree that it's absurd.

  • He is listing off reasons that Palin is not qualified to be president and he lists "moose hunter" the point is that such a thing does not matter one way or the other. it shouldnt even be mentioned! Same with the chearleader thing, its listed as a negative aspect when its not really any issue at all!

  • Wes Clark nailed it, reality has a bias, it is not objective to say an 18 month corrupt sport caster is ready to be president. It's like suggesting McCain is not really jus McBush, no, it's not up for debate, anyone who thinks it is is a fucking idiot and should be kicked in the crotch.

  • I agree. It is very outrageous. For example, McCain said that he did not know anyone who knew more about energy than Palin does. That is simply absurd, but what is really incredible, is to believe that he can get away with such statement! Any reporter should have asked on the spot, "Reaaally? Do you believe this Senator? Can you explain why? given the number experienced experts in both parties?" I ll ask rhetorically, is it ok for the press to allow McCain or anyone else to treat us like idiots?

  • HELL YEA!
