Does anyone know why every time you get any star spirit card after a boss battle, the card is pure black on emulators? & will not show up the image of the star? Is it just me or emulator graphic? =)

You need a different graphics plug in.

Then put it in the plug in folder and change it to that.

Ok, the first Paper Mario ROM I got was a different one than yours, but it said NO CONROLLER on the title screen. So I deleted that one, and got the one you have, but the Analog Stick (I set them as the arrow keys) is like, going crazy. Also, there's no game music. What do I do? Also, is there something better I can set the Analog Stick to, like say,...the mouse?

Ok. figured out that you have to take off AbsoluteX and AbsoluteY for to fix my weird controls problem. But what do you do for the music?

Hook a playstation controller into the pc, the analog stick is supported by every driver I know, is cheap and really responsive, too sensible for my taste but still eficient enough to let you play most N64 with ease.

About the rom, get a more recent version of project 64, latest is 1.7 I believe but as far as I know is only available to donators, but I'm pretty sure you can find it on some emulation site (I use 1,6 and works good with paper mario though).

Also get another rom, maybe you had a bad dump.

Recorded it with Cam Studio, and compressed it with Virtual Dub. But I have to record very tiny sized videos because my computer sucks, so I resize with Virtual Dub. Hope that answers your question.
