Personally I also use bases for my OCs, but this is just like a coloring book... Its just recoloring the picture, when I do it it looks nothing like the original picture. Some people can't even recolor very well. I don't really like seeing RPC edits, even though I make them myself. Hohoho Flute is a hypocrite. But I like this video cause it'll help me color my sketches since I only have paint.

If you think this is an OC, or "RPC" as you call it, then you're wrong. It's pretty much a recoloring of an original character. As prink said, it's art theft. I say, either learn some art skills, or don't make videos of your taking someone else's picture and recoloring it. We here on youtube, don't exactly appreciate it, so, get used to the hate comments.

Usually I'd diss RPC videos, but this one has some creativity... kind of. Although it's as original as the rest of the RPC videos, the MSPaint skills are pretty decent. Using file formats etc looks like a good idea, although using something like "Transparent windows" would be easier since you can just trace over the picture, which is essentially what's going on here..

If you guys are wondering about that part with the eraser at 2:22 here is how you do it: Select the green color like she did. then select the eraser tool. G to the color box and Right Click the black and the second box will turn black. Now just when erasing just hold down the right button.

when your in the save box, look under the name box. click the down arrow and you'll see you can sae it as severel things. to get it to have few colors, you save it as a 16 color bit-map. at the end of this vid she says to save it as a 24 color bit-map but I like to save it as a jpeg. it makes look realer if you make it right! XD
