She's Hinanai Tenshi, one of two original characters for Scarlet Weather Rhapsody and final boss for Marisa's Scenario.

In some scenarios, the final boss differs, such as Suika/Reimu.

I have yet to figure out how exactly I can evade being zapped while doing damage without the use of spell cards.. xD

Also about the tip for Iku's final spellcard. Through every net of lightning, there is a a wide open space. As long as you stay somewhere away from the lightning and through that wide open space, you can do damage without getting hit so much. Try not to do damage though when she's using the net and releasing the danmaku at the same time. Just wait until the net alone.

better not, in Story Mode he only has 20 cards, PERIOD, he'll have nothing left to use against Tenshi later.

i totally forgot that the cards don't reload after each battle. good decision then
