But, maybe it's something only an north american culture knower can understand, what is this song about?

This song is about a literary movement here in the States (and in England, I think) called "Cyberpunk", which is about a future of hopelessness and technology run amok.

Reminds me of college days when we played Cyberpunk and Shadowrun. We would go into bars and take up the corner seats because no one wanted to sit with their back to the crowd.

Your stuff is amazing. So much of it is in reference to things that a relatively small audience will understand (lolcats and cthullu in particular) which is either hard... or your goal.
