What signals are used in ranking other than PageRank?

Looks like they use both terms interchangeably.

I'm guessing you mean bounce rate at near the end of the video which i'm sure is one of those 200+ factors :-)  I agree usability is very important - which is why bounce rate is a great indicator of this.
