@ojtheprep Yes they are. So is KSCS. WFAA, and some others did the test but failed today since the bridge was broken between FEMA and the PEP (Primary Entry Point) e.g KSCS, or WBAP.
I liked how the EAS message telling the people about health but in Spanish xDD

We had problems in Louisville, KY. The audio message on 101.3 FM was unintelligible.

@sk8erboi342 Actually, Texas wasn't the only state. Several states reported having problems with their EAS equipment.

@ojtheprep The test failed on them as well. If the PEP fails, then everything fails. Like a domino effect.
