  • Kevin Key at his very best.

  • @jjones1850 sorry for the misspelling of cEvin Key I am old now and froget the 80ds.

  • This is the kind of stuff that should be studied in English class. Incredible strange lyrics. Only have a vague idea what it means.

  • Best!!!

  • I love them

  • Ogre...what a fuckin lunatic! gotta love him

  • Skinny Puppy the most under- under- underated Band in this pathetic world!

  • The most evil soundscape known to man as of today.

  • Since you mention it, Skinny Puppy made me start to like stuff like Black Metal and heavier music in general. I love them so much.

  • so violent

in its views lies impervious altitude has a tendancy

under pressure to reveal its identity

.this is my most favorite line he has ever wrote

  • @vivisect1945 Nivik Ogre= Marilyn Manson -20 years

  • @drjoz2422 Hardly.. MANSON IS A SELF RIGHTIOUS PRICK WHO ABUSES HIS BAND MEMBERS, and needs a gimmick such as the antichrist font to get his IMAGE over...Where..Ogre cEVIN and (RIP) Dwayne, are NOTHING of the sort...there just naturally odd, friendly neo industrial dance hippies. lol

  • My fav from them and thats saying alot because I love so much from them..............

  • Skinny Puppy is my life!

  • top 5 skinny puppy song for me

  • I love the last image where he has the cross though his head. That shit is awesome!!!!!

  • I think this and Tormentor are my favorite two from Too Dark Park (if I had to pick 2). The whole fucking album is a masterpiece and it's definitely the album that got me into them. Still sounds ahead of it's time and blows away most shit out there today.

  • Bad-ass gallery. Some fine industrial here!

  • @gaara9994 Thanks for commenting! SP exist since 1982, they always adresed issues in this world that most people don't want to hear about or ignore. Nivek is still alive today and it's a "miracle" in a sense, considering all drugs taken by this band and one of the 3 died of overdose in 1995 (Dwyane Gottel), leading to the ultimate split up of SP. They re-united in 2000 for a show in Dresden German, and still making music today, I don't like what they do today though.

    SP are from Vancouver, CA.

  • That was a short "bio" of SP.

  • @HumanLampshades No problem. Thanks for the info! Interesting. At first, It sort of reminded me of Mortiis Era III (Era 3), but I think this is way better.

  • @gaara9994 Look on wikipedia if you want to have an "overall" summary of SP career and their "doings".

I was into SP from 1996 to 1999 maybe, but at the time, all of this didn't made much sense to me, I liked it mostly for the "haunting" vocals. I switched to BM. I "rediscovered" them recently and today as an adult, all of this make much more sense to me, the lyrics especially, as they are "racing thoughts", but all song as a whole make sense.

  • @gaara9994 Glad you took time to look it up and inform yourself unlike most idiots, who don't know shit and associate SP with MM and NIN, the thing is, SP started in 82. Anyway like I said, glad you look it up, they were/are "more" than an industrial band or just music.

There's a lot of great videos here, look "skinny puppy archival footage", you'll get to see 2 amazing compilation of footage from shows of the Too Dark Park tour, you'll see what I mean by they are "more" than just a band.

  • @HumanLampshades I agree. Alright, I'll look it up. This band really got my interest for my industrial side, thanks again!

  • @HumanLampshades -They never quite recovered after Dwayne's death, they are still 'Puppy' but nowhere near as convulsive, dark and aggro as they used to be...he was the dark synth lord and sampling maestro behind their unique and atavistic sound and style back then. No one even comes close today, even the reformed band itself. Thanks for the upload.

  • @matthewme23 I agree totally, to be honest, I wasn't aware of the "reforming" until last year! I am more into black metal now and I somewhat forget about them until I rediscovered them! That new song I heard first was "pro-test" and my god that was gay! LOL! Compared to Last Rights Tour and Too Dark Park, ViviSect, what a shame,,, but Doomsday was a great show and so was TGWOTR!
