Good mornings are meant to be an excellent postural exercise, kept with a neutral spine and slightly bent knees. This bastardization of such a good exercise is going to do nothing but DESTROY your vertebrae like a twig which is constantly having more pressure thrown onto it.
For your own good and the love of your lower back, the most important part of your body, stop.
Go ahead and buy yourself a wheelchair now while they are still affordable. Since you don't know how to do them (your words, not mine), you will be needing one very shortly. It's so sad that people do this kind of crap to boost their ego, when they could do them correctly and come out much farther ahead.
I like how so many people tell you to be careful etc. and you dont give a shit. Smart move!
