This year marks the 50th anniversary of the movie 'Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea', with the theme song beautifully rendered by Frankie Avalon.

This is one of only two instances of this tag that appeared without music behind the announcer. Both were found in season two episodes that used the theme music composed by Jerry Goldsmith. The two episodes were "Jonah and the Whale" and "Time Bomb." After those two episodes, the series returned to the Paul Sawtell theme music.
