you have to make a firmware upgrade for the ICS to work...

If your using hboot1.5 you need to fastboot using your pc or instaling the kernal first using flash image gui

I tried installing without doing a factory reset and it got stuck booting. I then did a factory reset, then installed and it worked fine.

Try superwiping your phone and flashing from recovery as it takes this to boot most new roms properly

Did you also flash the firmware needed for it? without that the phone wont boot, which is why yours didnt boot

Maybe it was a bad download or your recovery I'm using twrp worked like a charm I'm not a fan of cwm I noticed doesn't wipe correct so give that a shot

@aseercte283 yeah, maybe. It was NOT a bad download. I downloaded it using the phone, then after it wouldn't boot, I downloaded it using the computer and checked the MD5's.

@washnmcr some people have, some people haven't.. i'm not to worry about it. Some people say it booted just once, and never again. some people say data worked once, and never again. obviously the rom has a ways to go, but I'm sure he will get it booting some day.
