You're certainly no attorney. An attorney would review the trail of evidence before accusing me of being "delusional." For starts, read my reply to opsprowler, who accused me of creating the "OUClarkieBoy" account. Stroud has no libel case. Since he is a public official, he would have to meet the requirements of the Sullivan standard. He would have to prove that I knowingly made false statements about him. That would be impossible. The fool would be laughed out of court.

I highly doubt this is Stroud. I dont know if he has a case. Boren may. If you want to find major corruption at OU, look up the travel of the provosts husband. She has covered up lots of scandals involving him in the English department. A rotten bunch perhaps, stalkers no. If you are as dedicated to getting inormation on Mergler and her husband as you are at getting information on Boren, you will be surprised at what you find.

For the most part I have allowed ClarkieBoy's harassment to stay online, in order to exhibit his stupidity to viewers. I have deleted a few of the more disgusting ones. ClarkieBoy has also used the identity "MPWisCreepy" to harass me. If you'll look through my youtube videos you'll see some of these messages too. I have also received some private messages from this jerk with unbelievably vulgar statements. Haven't I seen you in the library? If you're curious I'll show them to you online.

CLARKE STROUD INDULGED FRATERNITY BINGE DRINKING -- FRAT BOY DIES

On 12/4/02, the OU newspaper quoted Stroud in an article about two underage frat boys being arrested transporting 2100 cans of beer. Stroud said that it was an "isolated incident" and he hoped that no one would "stereotype" the fraternities.

Two years later it was national news when OU frat boy Blake Hammontree died from alcohol poisoning after a binge drinking Sigma Chi party. He was not old enough to drink legally.

Also, when you clicked to go to VP Clark's webpage there seems to be a glitch...as if you edited/altered your video in some way. I agree that it's blurry. At 1:53 into the video his profile appears again, and after that the name "Clark" and his claim to be an OU Vice President can be read.

I did not edit or alter the video. I clicked on the link to the website of the "OUClarkieBoy" profile and it took me to Clark Stroud's OU website, as the video shows. I made an XPS graphic image file of his original profile, before he invented the new one for "OUClarkieBoy2" in response to this video. XPS files cannot be altered.

In a private message to me the miscreant "MPWisCreepy" claimed that he was Stroud. He made the same claim on his profile. Some of the posts of "MPWisCreepy" are still online. I reported this, with the evidence, to OU police and other officials, and suggested that someone was impersonating Stroud. They never investigated. Wonder why? Nice try, fool.

Isn't it just as much a possibility that Clarke Stroud fabricated the MichaelPhillipWright account so that he could frame Wright by falsely accusing him of impersonating Stroud? Isn't it possible that Stroud has used henchmen to mimic Wright's voice with software? Isn't it possible that Stroud is nothing more than an android programmed to obey boss Boren's wishes? "OUClarkieBoy2" is actually one of the male bimbos appointed to be a "vice-president" at OU. This person is supposed to be an "educator," but his use of the English language is deplorable. He does not know that the pronoun THAT cannot refer to a human as antecedent. He uses the word YOUR instead of the contraction YOU'RE. He cannot spell OBVIOUSLY nor NONSENSE. I met Banowsky on a number of occasions...he's a tad crazy now! Er, at least acts crazy. I happened to know one of his grandsons very well and that's how I ended up meeting him, but I haven't seen him in a year. He's writing a book now about when he was president at Pepperdine.

I never admired Banowski but at least he had a more realistic idea of what "excellence" in higher education meant. When he was inaugurated in 1978 he declared that his goal was to get OU admitted to the Association of American Universities (AAU). It never happened, but at least he knew that the AAU existed. Fathead Boren is always pounding on his chest about "excellence," but doesn't have a clue about what it means.
