Mario gets strength from eating a hamburger - That's definitely a "WTF?"-type scene. It would've made more sense if he ate a Super Mushroom right there.

I'm re-uploading the first part to this episode, so just wait a minute or so for that to happen. As to which part has the song, I'm not sure on that. If it's not this one, then it's probably either in the first part or not in it at all.

I have no idea. Maybe you should wait and see if it's avaialable in twenty minutes. Sometimes my videos take a little longer than usual to be uploaded for the public.
