  • Well done, that's a good benchmark for fitness.

I used to run 3 miles in 19 mins when I was 25, I'm 42 now and do about 24 mins. but I still think a sub 60 minute 10 miler would be my ultimate aim, I'll attempt this in November if training goes well, and with a little help from my Chiropractor lol.

  • Good Luck on that 10 mile goal !!

  • Update, I ran 3 miles in 25:31 . Getting back to shape is hard work.

  • yeah i need to get my lazy azz back into running lol im 39 and would prob die trying to run 3 miles now, but congrats cause thats a nice time at 34 yrs old.

  • Yea i was about 215 there and im 6ft. So yea i thought it was quite an accomplishment since im 34 years old and just started running.

  • @DecepticonLBC Your times quite good really and everyone saying they got 15/16 minutes is lying no one heres probably got lower than 17 at the most.

  • @DJChronic77

I am 6' 2' about, idk give or take an inch, 140 pounds (ikr, underweight), but I just ran a 1.75 mile yesterday on my treadmill (first run all summer) and got 8:45, and today I tried again but went for 3 miles at 12mph, the fastest my treadmill goes, and I got 15 mins flat. I even wore a coat the whole run lol but I paid for it, now I am sweating really bad hahaha. But I will be in 11th grade next year, maybe I should be in track instead of smoking tons of pot eh? =D

  • my best 3 mile time is 16:50 and slowest is 18:20 during my time in the Marine corps. I only weighed 157 lbs so that helped lol. Now im 6-1 205 and would be lucky to do it in 23 min.

  • holy shit man,,did you get iron in the pft?

  • mine is 21

  • sweet, my best is 19:44....for the 3.1 miles....which you just add 40 seconds on to your 3 mile...but next year ill be down to high seventeens

  • its not really 40 seconds it depends what time you would start your kick and how you run your race..

  • nice

  • Nice job!
