@MAnnaconduit1 I won't disagree with you that Tim Curry is amazing but the greatest villainous voice in cartoon history is a pretty big claim. David Warner (The Lobe) has quite an amazing voice as well, especially in Batman The Animated Series where he gets the chance to be truly evil. Mark Hamill as The Joker is also a heavy contender, along with the MARVELOUS Tony Jay (Frollo, Shere Kahn, Megabyte).
