as much as I've always wanted to make something like this, I decided against it because by turning a Model Rocket into a "weapon", You're giving a large number of fear mongering politicians ammunition to ban Model Rockets.

such reactions to this video could be:

"OMG YOU CAN USE MODEL ROCKETS FOR BOMBS! WHAT IF THIS GOT INTO THE HANDS OF TERRORISTS". and the such.

yo that was pretty loud ive made some of those with the bigger rocket engines like the d size engines cuz the casing is fatter, but your by far was louder than mine, your sounded like one of the real m 1000 like the ones from mexico, what kind of powder did you use, i have used kno3 and mg and also fire cracker powder, seems like the fire cracker powder works good but i havent gottin anythin louder with that powder than a m 80,an i used the model rocket casing cuz its thick,is firecrakerpowdr ok

probably a fuse, the parachute just sends off gases, not flames iirc

how did you compact the flash powder so it would explode

you simply take the engine glue it into the rocket then fill it to the top with flash powder and seal the nose cone so it wont pop off the ejection charge from the engine will start the flash the smoke has no where to go so it explodes i hope this helps :)
