@glenxxvii wtf? good avice man but ur form sucks dick , prone to hamstring pull and 100% prone to bicep tear , if you were doing a real 3REPMAX you would be fucked , but this was light so no problem , please keep ur damn arms straight and use your hips , also use 6 discs not 3 cuz it wiggles and you can fall and do a split
