  • Sgt.Knox is the man!!!I always liked him because he didnt take any shit!!!

  • I want ten volounteers wit ya bahpper guns!

  • woohoo space marines!

  • Who you calling scrap metal??? 5:02

  • "Whatever it is, it's better than here."

How can Knox not know the Argo? It has to be the most famous ship on Earth.

  • ganz and bane the pluto base commanders obviously die in episode 9 of season one when wild star uses the rocket anchor to launch there ship into an asteroid. torbuck, manic, bleak, obviously die when there ships are obliterated, and zordar when trelaina destroys his space fortress. cause the actual death isnt shown doesnt mean people cant figure out there dead

  • in thre japanese vsersion you seen bad guys getting blow up

  • they may not show main characters getting killed but they sure has hell blow up man yGamilon scum!

  • Its lame that they couldn't even show a single character get killed in the US version. I've been told that occasionally people are known to die in warfare. Doesn't really send a realistic message to kids.

  • A lot of folks died in the USA version. Starsha's sister and Captain Avatar for example. Nova was presumed dead, Captain Gideon and Captain Slate bit the big one, etc. Mark Venture and Desslock were both killed and brought back to life in the Comet Empire and the dub left those scenes alone.

  • Ok. You've got a point.

  • Go Space Marines!

  • Megameters?

  • 1000000 meters or 1000 km, does that help....believe it or not the "mega" prefix actually is used in scientific notation...it equals 1 million.......so a range of 10 megameters gives a range of 10,000 km for the Yamato's shock cannons....the EDF's Wave motion guns had a range of 400 Megameters or 400,000 km (roughly the distance from the earth to the moon, give or take some....) we are always talking long ranges with beam weapons

  • In that case, why not use AU's? 10 mega meters is a little less than 0.1 AU's.

  • not to sound like a "know it al" but one AU represents the distance from the Earth to the sun or 93 million miles. ).1 AU would be 9.3 million miles or in metric 14.58 million KM.....no matter,in any event, the ranges in Starblazers are in thousands of kilometers! (multiply by 0.6 to get range in miles) needless to say I think the Yamato would "own" most of the ships in the ST universe...even without shields, she has them "outranged"

  • Ah, I made a decimal error

  • yes he dies blow his self up usa version

  • Delayed explosion...OWNAGE! HA!! FIRE!!!

  • Sgt. Knox stayed in the room where the bombs were set and blew them just as the enemy was coming on him. The dub explained it away since in the Japanese it was a suicide mission.

  • Did Sgt. Knox die in the Japanese version? In the US version they don't show him die or get out, but they say he was able to escape the detonation of the Comet Empire.

  • yes he did if u can get ahold of the japanesse version it show's it
