I strongly have compassion for those who are hearing impaired or blind. I know most people think it's too late to fix your hearing or to fix your eyesight, I don't think so. My dream is to help others and make opportunities for them to create a better world, or should I say a revolution. I say, whether it's impossible or not, there is a cure to everything. I myself will find the cure and change the world for others. Believe me, I will do it.
@geethandoshan Are you deaf and blind or do you know someone who is? The reality is that yes they are helpless without any assistance. The whole point of this clip was meant to be dramatic to get this message across to the government. Do the challenge!
i like this a lot...... I belong to a very heartfelt survivors group that meets.... We have a ASL interpreter at every meeting..... I recently shared and heard a deep moving story from an indivitual that is Deaf and speech impared. He signed with such emotion and charisma I wept at his story of how alone he had felt until recently and how loved and respected he felt with the group having a ASL interpreter/signing volunteer always at every group.
Attended main stream school and was a carpenter by trade. Nothing stop this man he is truly amazing with all the thing he can do. He has a work shop full of machinery for his wood work and at the moment he is landscaping his yard... its hard to believe he is a true miracle. You might know some who can make a documenty on him.
Thank you for taking on the challenge I would like you to know a little about Tony Who is deaf-blind and speech impaired. He was born deaf at the age of 28 he was blind.
I accept your challenge. myself, and several other of my fellow ASL students will blindfold ourselves, and plug our ears for 24 hours straight. We will be making several small documentaries about our experiences. keep an eye on my video's for when they come up!
