I would think it's still available but the game's out already. I downloaded it early b/c I got the early access thingy from GameStop.

Just try going to the Games section on the Dashboard, and go through the demos. It might still be there.

I didn't get my code either when I preordered it b/c the GS employees are retarded, you just need to go back to the store and ask for the code. It just comes on a piece of paper :)
