Poor Sean doesn't get a chance to say anything because of the other yappings, he's actually being polite and attempting to wait for a break to voice his thoughts. Way to go Sean!

It doesn't even look like the teacher is striking the child, and it almost sounds like laughter in the background of the video.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it didn't (or couldn't) happen, but that's just me
