Bosch Logixx 8 - Power wash rhythm

can someone help me? my parents bought the Bosch LogiXX 8 VarioPerfect and it seems to destroy the clothes. especially sheets are torn apart. any advice?

the wool program by bosch is very bad for me, and Bosch dont have a specific cicle for "great"

Its harder to iron on not good for deliate fabrics.

For me is not very good washing machine.

- The "Aquasensor" is very bad (i have removed it)

- The motor is very noise in spin (this is Bosch 2008 from Germany???)

- Too creases after spin at 1200 rpm.

- The Wool program is very bad, for me.

- The water level is too low in Delicate cycle.

I remember the OLD Bosch machines...

that's right, the bosch and the siemens machines from the 70ies/80ies and the early 90ies were MUCH better than the machines that are now built by them.
