@AnselmoFanZero It was working perfectly well, HeCd lasers just need 10 minutes or so to warm up before they laze. They are metal vapor lasers, the metal in this case being Cadmium. They can't lase unless the metal is vaporised.
Right...but you could preheat and THEN make a video. Thought its broken because it doesnt make sense to make a video of a working laser before its able to lase ;-)
I am more a fan of CuBr lasers...always wanted to make on myself, but you have to change the CuBr and clean the tube sometimes...
