Bought this record when it came out. I heard it was hardcore but it wasn't. I was so dissapointed. It's heavy metal music played some so-called tough dwarves. Plus they were religious. Totally the opposite of hardcore and punk! This band has more in common with 50 cents than hardcore. Period.

Same with Speed/thrash metal...once you heard them, you heard 'em all. And don't tell me Destruction are good musicians...I listened to speed/thrash a lot in the 80's and saw m,any shows. The only bands that i still like are the one that was raw and basic like Hellhammer, Celtic Frost, Slaughter (Canada), Repulsion...bands that were influenced by punk & hardcore. Most of the speed/thrash are bands of the 80's were too technical & polished.
