Well the Pikachu is supposed to be Pokemon, and its Yu-gi-oh Duel Monsters, so they're just other Mon's to compare to Goemon. Unless i've read it wrong.
Sure there is. It's a 2chan meme. It was just a phrase from a yaoi manga called Kuso Miso Technique. All it means is "let's do it" or "Shall we do it"
I'm sure these flash/musical pieces were posted on 2chan originally, or else made their way there. It's the japanese bboard version of 4chan (and came first I believe).
Of course, if you've ever actually read Kuso Miso Technique, then maybe you'll be grossed out. Others just find it humorous.
The thing that makes me laugh about this song is the fact that there are Yu-Gi-Oh! duel Monsters cards that are based around Goemon and the gang. : P I really want them to come out with a card modeled after Ebisumaru and the Goemon Impact so I can make a Ganbare Goemon Deck.
