i saw your vid on NW-e405 and i really need your help. hope u still have that, i reformatted mine in windows explorer and i got format error, can i ask if you can send me the build-in flash memory. i know it sounds too much but i will appreciate if you reply back. thanks.

@DivingT0M....yeah the new sonic stage worked!......finally got some tunes on my sony mp3 player......will never buy another one from sony.......
all my other mp3 players are so easy to just put music on, just a case of plug the usb cable in, go to the folder and send to removeable disk, done in a matter of seconds........
where as sonys stupid so called sonic stage takes about ten mins to transfer the album......
sort it out sony you clowns, get with the times man.

anyway went to use it the other day, and the sonic stage cd i got with the player must have been for xp or some other o.s, so i downloaded sonic stage 4.3 for vista and i am hoping this will solve the problem.......gonna try it soon.
superb sound quality and ultra long battery life. nothing comes close!! the only downside is the sonic stage software you cannot share the song to other mp3 players or if you need to put the song to the player u need to have sonic stage all the time.
u need to have sonicstage software normally it comes when you purchase this player, take note the old software is compatible only to windows XP. but there are newer version that you can download in sony website. you need to have this software otherwise it will be stored as a file in the memory and you cannot play the music.. lastly if you want a complete detail about how to use sonic stage just type in here in you tube. i hope i enlighten you..

This player has the best sound I've heard so far. Though maybe it's not the
loudest one. Bought a newer Sony player and sold it, because it sounded soo
crappy compared to my NW-E407.
