dude you should actually go get the agency super car after you do all that time consuming shit. drive that car until you see the finish line then park the super car to the side and finish the race. then go to another car for the same track, win you start that race get out and look to the side you parked the super car. it should still be there, just get in it take out all the other cars and repeat for the remaining races. you will have to do the barricade for the first race of the other tracks.
