Not to say that I believe Bush had anything to do with 911 however I fail to see how this is a proper response to a question? Personally no matter what the question, no matter how far removed you think the questioner is from reality you have an obligation I'd say on National television to give an actual answer instead of what he offered. He rather side stepped the question completely and fail to see how anything can give him credit for an answer as that.

@Composer19691 As to whether or not the venue means anything or not I suppose is debatable, I would assume an unspoken etiquette with any debate that a question be answered directly. However this maybe incorrect as it is a personal opinion. I disagree with you last quesiton, I believe if a particular outcome is sought after then it is easier to discuss, however this rarely happens as you know and I find it much more frutiful if there are opposing sides. Hence the beauty of debate

Great answer by Hanson. HOWEVER, conservatives have to stop blindly supporting Bush and the neo-cons and start to think outside the Republican box. The caller brought up legitimate issues that need to be addressed. Not necessarily by Hanson but by somebody outside of the fringe.

What's so wrong about wanting to know the truth about 9/11? The majority of the 9/11 commissioners have come out and said that the investigation was a whitewash. It's sad that people immediately think that because someone wants a real investigation into 9/11 they automatically assume Bush brought the towers down. Most people want the TRUTH, not a government whitewash, which is what we were given.
