I know that sound, too! It's from so much energy within the body- and it just comes out! I explain it to my friends the same way- a weight lifter exerting himseld! lol But I was in NO pain, either! :)

Nature is beautiful and women are powerful when they choose to be determined and create their own reality... and what a better place then to do it around our human reality while having babies come and join us on the earth!
