  • If it has your name/number they should and they also accept NikeiD products

  • @sochrd Definitely as the so called "replicas" (fakes) are not under any warranty.

  • Do you know if Nike accept personificated boots and will send me a new pair for the broken ones?

  • thats why u buy the original stuff...that way u can get a replacement or a voucher...happen to me with the f50 the back studs fell off. hehe

  • what is the link for the nike voucher?

  • @TheDemoncrater It's up to Nike since in their policy it states they'll either send a replacement pair or mail you a voucher at their discretion.

  • what is voucher

  • @TheDemoncrater It's the retail amount of the pair you send in, but can only be used on Nike.com

  • @SquadChingon you mean you get a pair back when its broke??

  • Do you have to buy your Superflys from Nike.com to get the voucher ?

  • @KSoares808 Nope as long as they are authentic you'll be able to send them in.

  • This has happened with my Tiempo Legend IV Elite

  • @sssoooccceeerrr7 It depends the entire process can take up to 14 days for them to issue the voucher and a few extra days for it to be delivered.

  • @maEW14 Niketown store.

  • did you bought it from nike store. or a other website.

  • how much nike credit did u get on the voucher?

  • @footyx117 Retail price which is $400 but can only be used on Nike. com

  • these are replicas!!!!!!!

  • @MrExotic98 Nope, if they were I wouldn't have received a voucher.

  • @SquadChingon how long did it take for nike to give you your Voucher or New cleat?

  • send them back to nike and they send u back another pair if its still within 2 years of the 2 dates on the tongue of it

  • @WVknights21 Yup, received a voucher though.

  • they or fake thts y

  • @MERTZ994EVA Nope authentic.

  • @SquadChingon my bad maybe u could get me a hook up

  • Real important question. I have the same exact superflys ( not replicas ) I got them about June of last year, and during one of my games I got tackled pretty hard ( studs up ) and practically the whole entire soleplate cracked, the mjority of the studs came off. Will Nike except this if i send them back?

  • @footyx117 They should be covered under a defect so send them in.

  • My friends elite boots always crack so he sends them in and gets a voucher!

  • can you feel the cracks when you wear them?

  • @tbdrummer2 Nope, no discomfort at all. It is considered a defect though.

  • @SquadChingon Oh so you can mail them no Nike and get new ones then, right?

  • @tbdrummer2 Yes, they either send you a replacement pair or a voucher.

  • my whole carbon fiber sole came off!!!

  • replicas= paper shoes

  • @crazyslug007 These aren't replicas.

  • isnt that replicas??

  • @thecomputer98 No all of my pairs are authentic.

  • nice you buy 400 euros shoes and you will get this!

  • @achraf96 I got a voucher so I'm not complaining.

  • does the vapor's soleplate break like these or not?

  • @mukangtae3 I doubt it. I haven't had any problems with other superflys so its strange

  • Mines are worse the back studs broke does anybody know if i can still return them?

  • @FifaMessi010 Yes, as long as they fall within 2 years of the manufacturing date.

  • @SquadChingon ok thanks i just sent them to nike

  • @SquadChingon Ok, thanks like your videos

  • @patte676 No prob, appreciate it!

  • those are replicas its pretty obvious when the carbon fiber doesn't make a sequin patern

  • @TheKeremsalih Nope, all of my pairs are authentic, if they were replicas Nike wouldn't have approved my case.

  • how long have you been using them

  • @patte676 Over a year.

  • i have the same problem with my ctr 360's

  • @cuntsfucked12 send them in, I got a voucher so you should as well.

  • I've only got one crack on my superfly 2's kinda like the one on the left, I think its your right boot. Would I still be able to return them and get the voucher?

  • @iAdaptation If it's a crack then yes.

  • wow

  • i have the new Mercurial Vapor 7 and the same thing happened to them... they are scratched and idk what to do :))) they are 100 % original cause i bought them in Nike Store... i think that they will not change it.. when i contacted them they said to me that it is your responsibility and they said that it is my fault so i guess... it is our problem..

  • @GioMiqel Nike approved my claim. Just go contact them online (chat) and they will give you a link to file a claim. Nike customer service reps aren't supposed to say if they are covered or not. When I asked, the rep said that he couldn't say if it was covered or not because they don't deal with claims themselves so they refer you to a site to file the claim.

  • so did they swap them up for you ? same thing happened to mine so can you let me know what they did for u ?

  • @BilaalM10 I got a product voucher to use on Nike.com but I still had to cover the tax from the new superfly pair.

  • does it happen to all superflys

  • Can you file a claim for Vapors as well? I play on a lot of turf at my high school stadium and I heard the back studs will fall off eventually so I'd like to know if I can file a claim for that.

  • @FamousSASkater You are able to file a claim on all Nike footwear I believe but vapors yeah.

  • How does that happen???

  • @77Rquaresma17 I don't even know, I haven't used these in a while but after my last practice I noticed the cracking. This never happened to my superfly Is

  • @SquadChingon Oh cuz a part of my superlfy ripped a little.. bt i think its plastic

  • Thanks you much, can I return it If he bought it off soccer.com?

  • @MicahT333 No problem, and as long as they are real it will not matter where you bought them or how much you bought them for.

  • Hey dude can you help me out, my friend is selling me the ctr yellow/white elites. I want to buy them but I heard the carbon fibers cracks on the sole plate? Please help

  • @MicahT333 You'll be fine. If the carbon fiber breaks you will be covered (2 years from the manufactured date).

  • Do u call nike if it did happen or do u go into one of there stores?, im just wondering

  • @madfunnyvids27 If you bought them at a Nike store or nikedotcom you can take them into the store I believe.

  • I had a problem with mine too. My studs just cracked and fell off. I filed a claim about 3 weeks ago and sent em in last weekend and they approved it and they said they are sending me a $400 code for Nike.com so if you haven't done so already I would recommend filing the claim.

  • @oghale101 Thanks for the info. I filled my claim and shipped my shoes out yesterday. They get there on thursday. How long did it take for you to receive an email with the code or a reply from them?

  • @SquadChingon I have filed a claim before, it takes around a week to receive it in the mail. You dont get the voucher via email.

  • @MrHunterIRL Thanks for the info, guess I have to wait.

  • @SquadChingon I called them about a week after i sent them to ask what the status is and they told me I had been approved and my $400 product voucher code is coming in the mail. I got it yesterday and I already bought superfly III's with the money lol

  • Can you return your supefly 2 no matter how old they are?? or any cleat as long as there is a defect because i have nike mercurial vapor 4 and they have a defect

  • @TheRonaldinho0001 It can only be within two years of the manufacturing date. You wouldn't be able to file a claim because they are past two years.

  • Can you return your supefly 2 no matter how old they are??

  • that happened to me too and one of my studs came off, i bought mine at niketown in london but i live in hong kong so i dont know if i can file a claim

  • @CharlesChuck6 Yup, you bought them at Nike town. You can just go into any nike store and tell them you bought them at Niketown and they should help you there. I have to file a claim because I bought them at another retailer.

  • that happened to me too and one of my studs came off

  • No problem lol, let me have them:)

  • Yes. Call Nike, and tell them what's wrong with them and they will give you a claim number and they will tell you what to do.

  • @luis9814 Thanks for the info.

  • my friends Vapor's cracked really bad. you could see his sock through the bottom

  • @darknezz5 That is really bad.

  • we have not used these nike boots with carbon fibre, but can comment on the adizero primes which have carbon fibre, two months no problems as yet, we expect boots to last 6 months. We have had three pairs of adizeros to date, none have lasted 6 months, cracked bases, studs coming out, speed frame cracking etc, all have been replaced by adidas with the latest new adizeros.

  • @billtong100 Thanks for the info.

  • @SportsShoeReview They are so I believe they will do the rest. Thanks for the info.

  • @Formotion7 Haha naw not the the case, it was really bad on one shoe while the other had a small crack but not in two parts of the carbon fiber soleplate. If it was the case it would have happened to my superfly Is but it didn't.

  • this is why i dont buy mercs

  • @The1Nickfootball This is the only problem I encountered with any Nike shoe.

  • @SquadChingon

oh , but i dont buy mercs just incase something wrong happens :D

  • @The1Nickfootball That's the way I am with adizeros haha

  • Call up nike and they will replace it, hopefully

  • @MrsSmigel I contacted the store which I bought them from and I'm thinking they will talk to Nike.

  • @SquadChingon Yeah they should do ! But if not you could always give them to me? :D

  • its a defect

  • @soccermex21 Thanks for the feedback, that's what I was thinking but wasn't too sure.
