The real title of this documentary film should be stated, for the title in this page is apparently wrong. I did a Web search for a film entitled, "Controlling Our Food", or containing that phrase in the title. What I find is it seems to be the film, "The World According To Monsanto", or "Le monde selon Monsanto" in French. It's the title used by IMDB[dot]com and many others.

Some people might want a dvd-quality copy and would need the real title of the piece to precisely know what to look for.

I cannot agree at all with this patenting plants. Plants are living creatures since they reproduce themselves. Do people who own cattle with good qualities sell it with patent (when the cattle reproduces itself, the buyer owns money to the previous owner)? Do people who own pedigree dogs sell them or their offspring with patent on them? No, they do not. They sell them with higher, fair/just price.

As long as money determines our decisions we will continue to see the degeneration of our environment, freedoms and quality of life. A monetary system breeds competition, corruption, unsustainable consumption of resources, war, poverty, crime, hunger, disease, etc. We can educate ourselves and others on a resource based economy, we still have the tools and ability to come together and work toward a more sustainable/sane system.

If people STOPPED buying any foods that had this crap in it, things would change, but people won't do it. Saying "as long as money" is a hypothetical dreamland statement.
