As far as i know there is no country under the name Taiwan. There is an island though with that name, and that island is a part of the Republic of CHINA. All citizens of ROC are Chinese by nationality.

I love this song!! Jay Chou's inability to sing clearly in Mandarin somehow works well with this song. The main reason this song is so catchy is because it songs like a song from the 80s or the 90s. It plays on the audience's nostalgia. Great song!
